At Munsch & Co.  we are able to manufacture standard and bespoke insulation jackets to suit any requirement, suitable for both indoor and outdoor services, which will allow a more constant heat stability within your process.

 PLASTIC PIPE COVERS

If you ever have to store plastic pipe either within your warehouse or within a vehicle, you will be aware that after the bindings have been cut, it can become extremely difficult to store in small areas. To solve this problem Munsch & Co. manufacture pipe covers using a lightweight PU/Nylon cloth, just place the pipe within the cover before cutting the banding and it will remain the same size without unravelling.

 WELDING BLANKETS

Munsch & Co. produce lightweight and heavy duty welding blankets, mattress, and drapes for all your welding needs. These are available in materials suitable for molten splash up to 1500°C, and with the option of an aluminium foil coating to reduce the heat transfer between faces.

 SOUND ATTENUATION

Noise production from machinery and equipment on-site can cause problems for both managers and employees. Munsch & Co. produce sound attenuation covers to your equirements, whether it be engine covers for vehicles or muffler covers for internal operations such as motors.

 BESPOKE INSULATION
 COVERS

Due to items needing to be kept and transported within a tight temperature range such as frozen food, Munsch & Co. manufacture insulated pallet/box covers. These will assist in keeping the contents at a constant temperature during loading and unloading from refrigerated transport.

 FIRE BLANKETS
