Munsch & Co are

stronger than a butt joint, commonly used within the industry.

The choice is yours and with our in house moulding presses and
vulcanising capabilities you can be guaranteed fast turnaround
at trade prices.
With our tool
range of around 15,000 cutters we have many standard sizes
suitable for machines within the industry such as the Titan
range.
For large or extremely thick gaskets and parts we water jet cut
these for accuracy and speed.

Case Study
One of our customers needed some feet making from 25mm thick
rubber for a portable crusher that weighed in the region of 1000
tonnes.
This machine was being operated in the Alberta Oil sands in
Canada where they are extracting oil from the sand. The feet
were needed to prevent the crusher from sinking.
The feet were around 6 metres diameter and delivery was needed
within 4 weeks.
We were able to manufacture the feet complete with interlocking
dovetails within the timeframe.
